Refund policy

All sales are final. If your magazine is delivered in poor condition: 

  1. take a photo of the condition (it is mailed in an envelope)
  2. Email your photo to cyankoda@deadmediaclub.com with a description of the problem. 
  3. Dead Media Club will then email you a new one. There might be delay due to print cycles. We will email you if there will be a delay.
